There are so many CPU chips it is hard to differentiate them and to know which the best when looking to purchase a new or even a used computer. I was in that position this past week. My desktop computer died and I started looking for a replacement. Comparing all of the models is overwhelming.

In my search, I found an invaluable website to use when evaluating computer systems. I located a site that benchmarks CPU’s, and scores them. There are a lot of articles that have helped in the past, but this site updates its information daily. They help compare the relative speeds of the different processors.

In addition to the several charts comparing the CPU’s, there are Video Card Benchmarks, Hard drive Benchmarks, System Benchmarks, Android Benchmarks, as well as iOS & iPhone Benchmarks.

The site is http://www.cpubenchmark.net/which actually is part of the PassMark Software website. This is one to place in your Bookmarks if you support computer purchasers or if you ever need to compare one system to another.
