Here are some of my report cards.  I didn't scan the grading information, but would be willing to share that information if someone wants to compare how grading was done in the fifties as compared to today.

Notice that the pages are similar, even though they are for different grade levels.  During our 5th and 6th grade years  the report cards were changed to a much larger green report card and then changed back for my 7th and 8th grade reports.
